Laravel is a PHP framework and adding an artisan command for a particular JS framework would not make sense and is not Laravel’s job. You could however write a custom artisan command to do this (or maybe someone already has):

Writing your React apps within Laravel should be very similar to writing static React apps. Laravel plays well with React because it easily converts endpoints to JSON.

If you are looking for more info about Laravel JSON endpoints then I would google building a REST API with Laravel. For API calls whether you are using Vue or React you’ll probably use the Axios npm package.
